Adding a New Player to Your Team?

Enroll in the NFL Player Insurance Plan Healthy Babies Program to receive valuable incentives and support as you and your spouse prepare for parenthood — at no cost to you. Unmarried significant others are also encouraged to enroll to take advantage of expert resources and a dedicated Nurse Advocate, though they will not be eligible for incentives.

Healthy Babies Program benefits include:

  • Up to $600 in reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses if enrolled within the first 14 weeks of pregnancy ($300 in enrolled in weeks 15-28 of pregnancy).*
  • Access to your own NFL Healthy Babies Nurse Advocate and speciality case management for high-risk pregnancies**
  • Support for mom, dad and little one during pregnancy and following your baby’s birth.

Everything you share is kept completely confidential — the NFL, NFLPA, and NFL Clubs are never informed of who uses this service.
