Accessing Your EMR
Your Electronic Medical Records (EMR) hold your personal records from your career in the League.
- To access your EMR, set up an account (check your email - the one you use with the NFLPA - for a message from notifications@kitmanlabs.com and follow those instructions).
- Once your account is set up, you can sign in to the NFL iP Player Portal and access your records.
