Overview
The New Orleans Saints finish the year ranked 19th in the annual report card. The team scores above average in almost every category both for the facilities themselves and the quality of staff that works there, but there are two categories in which they lag behind other clubs. The first is the treatment of families; and while responses suggest the club is in line with most other clubs, the issue stems from lack of communication between the club and players’ families. Respondents suggested that it is a challenge for players and their families to get necessary information about services and offerings.
The number one issue that Saints players would like to see improved is the food program. The Saints are one of only two teams that do not offer three meals a day to their players. The players feel like the food offerings are not up to the highest standards for a professional sports team and are looking for healthier and fresher options.
