Guest Information
Each player is permitted to bring up to three (3) guests to Rookie Premiere. These can be PERSONAL guests (parents, significant other, or siblings age 21 and over) and/or BUSINESS guests (marketing rep/agent). The NFLPA will cover airfare for up to two (2) PERSONAL guests. Guest programming will be highlighted by a Parent Engagement Session, so players are strongly encouraged to invite their parents to attend.
Guests must wear a credential at all times. Credentialed guests are permitted to attend player meals and evening events. Access to each evening event is by guest list only. Guest List changes should be submitted to Aliyah Austin (contact information above). Please be advised that player guests, regardless of affiliation, are prohibited from the hotel and field rotation spaces during active rotation periods. This policy will be strictly enforced with no exceptions.
Any player guest who is a current NCAA student-athlete should consult with his/her collegiate institution, the NCAA, and/or advisor to ensure attendance and receipt of any benefits from the NFLPA (e.g., travel, lodging, meals, entertainment, etc.) is not in violation of NCAA rules or other applicable regulations.
Each player is allowed one (1) of the following options for his PERSONAL guests:
Option A: One (1) first-class roundtrip ticket, OR
Option B: Two (2) coach roundtrip tickets
Preferences should be submitted via the RSVP Survey (also linked above).
If the player’s guest(s) are traveling on similar flights to the player, the guest(s) are permitted to ride in the car service with the player. Shuttle service will be provided for offsite evening hospitality events. Please reference the Guest Schedule below for details.
If player’s guests include his parents, one (1) additional hotel room will be provided at the Intercontinental Downtown LA. Preferred room type is not guaranteed. They will be required to provide a credit card for incidentals at check-in. Hotel accommodations are non-transferable.
There is limited availability to purchase an additional hotel room on our block. Rates are currently $299++/night, not including taxes/fees. To join the waitlist, please submit a request at the link below. We strongly recommend booking a cancellable room in the interim. If we are able to accommodate your request, you will be notified by our Events Manager the week of May 4th.
