Overview

The Chicago Bears finished 10th overall in this year’s survey. An area that players felt had improved from last year is the treatment of their families. The Bears started providing daycare on gameday for players’ children and added a family tent during training camp. The players feel like the care has been better this season and it reflected in the responses.

The Bears continue to have a highly ranked facility with solid marks for their locker room, weight room and training room.

One area identified in the responses that is still in need of improvement is the food/nutrition, which was an issue last year. The players would like healthier food options and do not feel like the current offerings maximize their potential performance.
