Licensee FAQ
Account Management
We love partner involvement at our marquee events. Licensees can reach out to their account manager to learn about sponsorship,
gifting, and other opportunities to be involved at our events.
We look to get feedback to product submissions in 48-72 hours, but extenuating circumstances can lead to delays in getting approvals
turned around.
We do not require pre-production samples.
Samples can be sent to the account manager’s attention at:
1133 20th Street NW
Suite 500
Washington, DC 20036
To add more products to your license, first reach out to the account manager with the request and then they will discuss options and
the process for making the addition.
Your account manager can add additional users to your BrandComply account, please send them an email directly.
Communications
Licensees can advertise on their DTC sites/social media/and any approved channels from Fanatics.
The NFLPA currently does not post on social media.
Depending on the posts the NFLPA potentially will repost a player’s post if they worked directly with a licensee to market.
The NFLPA Marketing Team can discuss the options available around press releases. Please contact your account manager to get
further details.
Licensees can use social media to post their products to bring awareness and drive sales. Unless a deal is in place with a player and
the licensee then licensees are only able to hashtag a player’s name (#TomBrady #Brady) and not tag the player.
Fanatics
The Fanatics Business Affairs team will make the initial introduction, after that it is up to the licensee to establish a relationship with
the Fanatics Buying team as they operate independent of one another.
Should you need to amend your contract please send an email to your account manager and the Fanatics Business Affairs team
member your originally did your license with to make the change.
