WASHINGTON, D.C. – The NFL Players Association (NFLPA) announced the six non-profit organizations that will serve as its official charitable partners for 2025-26: Barbershop Books Inc., Beyond Sport Foundation, Men’s Health Network, Operation Homefront, 4Kira4Moms and The New Commonwealth Fund.

The NFLPA Charitable Partner program recognizes organizations making a positive impact in their local communities that benefit our player membership and staff. Through this initiative, reflected in our six pillars, the NFLPA has had the privilege of working with select youth, wellness, men’s health, military, women’s health and social justice organizations to further their cause and increase the number of lives impacted around the world.

Each partner will receive a $25,000 grant from the NFLPA to help fund programs that positively impact the mission of their organization and align with the union’s core values.

"The NFL Players Association remains steadfast in our mission to uplift and support the communities that stand behind our players,” said NFLPA Executive Director Lloyd Howell. “By partnering with impactful organizations, we not only help deliver critical resources where they’re needed most but also reflect the values our players live by every day—leadership, service and unity. It’s a privilege to join forces in creating lasting change beyond the field."

In February, the NFLPA opened its application process to any charitable organization that focused on one of the aforementioned pillars and had been in existence for at least five years. Following a lengthy review of each applicant’s proposal, which outlined how the grant would help them and their beneficiaries, the following organizations were selected:

Barbershop Books strives to inspire Black boys and other vulnerable children to read for fun through child-centered, culturally responsive and community-based programming and content.

Beyond Sport invests in communities, programs and partnerships that are creating a more progressive world through sport. Beyond Sport Foundation provides ongoing capacity-building support, critical funding, strategic collaboration and learning opportunities.

Men’s Health Network is a national non-profit whose mission is to reach men, boys and their families where they live, work, play and pray with health awareness and disease prevention messages and tools including screening programs, educational materials and advocacy opportunities.

Operation Homefront is on a mission to build strong, stable and secure military families so they can thrive, not simply struggle to get by, in the communities - OUR communities - they have worked so hard to protect.

4Kira4Moms is dedicated to advocating for improved maternal health care and addressing the Black maternal mortality crisis in the United States.

The New Commonwealth Fund (NCF) makes a forever pledge to build a Commonwealth where non-profit leaders and communities have access to philanthropic dollars. NCF aspires to a world that listens to those who are the most proximate to solutions and allows them to lead the collective movement toward repair. NCF is committed to reshaping the philanthropic sector to ensure that funding supports a full spectrum of leadership and expertise.

For the duration of the partnership through May 31, 2026, each non-profit will have the opportunity to work with active and former players through the NFLPA’s numerous volunteer opportunities, team up on initiatives with shared goals, request memorabilia for fundraisers, attend special events throughout the year and more.
