NFLPA Committee on Agent Regulation and Discipline Revokes Contract Advisor Josh Hare's Certification for 36 Months

The NFLPA Committee on Agent Regulation and Discipline (CARD) has immediately revoked the certification of contract advisor Josh Hare for 36 months due to misappropriation of a former client’s funds. CARD invoked the “extraordinary circumstance” provision of the NFLPA Regulations Governing Contract Advisors; therefore, the revocation takes immediate effect. Mr. Hare can appeal the discipline to an arbitrator, but the discipline will remain in effect until final disposition.

CARD is appointed pursuant to Section 6 (A) of the Regulations.
