Overview

The Chargers opened a new, state-of-the-art training facility this season, propelling them into the top 5 of the Report Card rankings. They improved in every category, with six individual areas now ranking in the NFL’s top 5. Also, no category scored below a C this year (last year they had six).

Despite these positive steps, players identified two key issues that would enhance their workplace conditions: team travel, including scheduling and plane size, and inefficient use of time and schedule throughout the week.
