Video: Reggie Howard Joins Lane College for NFLPA Coaching Internship

The former NFL cornerback Reggie Howard is now a coaching intern at Lane College and is having a blast teaching the next generation of athletes the game of football. After 7 years in the NFL with the Carolina Panthers and Miami Dolphins, Howard is now changing hats; learning more about coaching at the collegiate level.

Based in Jackson, Tennessee, Howard shares his coaching story on video with the Lane College athletics department.

The NFL Players Association Coaching Internship is a partnership between the NFL Players Association and the American Football Coaches Association. The program aims to provide opportunities for former professional football players to gain coaching experience. After an application process, selected individuals serve as coaching interns at Division II, Division III, and NAIA universities for an entire football season.
