Former New England Patriot Matt Light Launches the Ultimate Big Game Raffle to Benefit the Light Foundation
The Light Foundation is raffling off a trip to watch the New England Patriots take on the Seattle Seahawks at Super Bowl XLIX in Arizona!
Former New England Patriot Matt Light has announced another fundraiser to benefit his nonprofit, The Light Foundation, and will be giving one lucky winner and a guest the chance to attend Super Bowl XLIX in Arizona. The Light Foundation has teamed up with Celebrities for Charity for an online raffle with two tickets to watch The New England Patriots take on the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLIX at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona up for grabs.
“When I was playing and we made it to the Super Bowl, there were no shortage of requests for tickets from family, friends and acquaintances,” says Light. “I loved having my family at the game, but unfortunately, you can’t fulfill every request. What I love about these raffles is that they give everybody a chance to be there where all the action is,” Light added.
The lucky raffle winner and one guest will attend Super Bowl XLIX on Sunday, February 1st at 6:30PM ET, and will be Matt Light’s special guests at the Taste of the NFL’s “Party with a Purpose.” They will also enjoy a 3-night stay a Marriott hotel in the Glendale area from January 30, 2015 - February 1, 2015, and two coach roundtrip tickets courtesy of jetBlue from Logan Airport to Phoenix, AZ. If the winner is not from the Boston area, the winner and guest will receive an airfare voucher for up to $3,000. The winner will also receive a $500 allowance for any out of pocket expenses.
Tickets to the online raffle can be purchased for $2.00 (minimum of 5 tickets) and there are no limitations as to how many tickets can be purchased per person. Tickets are available at: www.netraffle.org or at www.lightraffle.org, until 4:00PM ET on Thursday, January 29, 2015. The winner will be notified after the raffle closes and the drawing takes place.
