Overview
The Packers finish 7th overall, with the team receiving strong scores for their food/dining program along with their dietician, weight room, and training room. Last year, they upgraded the players’ meeting room and added an underground parking facility. Although these areas are not formally captured in the Report Cards, it demonstrates the team’s commitment to improve the players’ daily experience.
The most common area the players feel is in need of improvement is the locker room. While the space is sufficient, players believe it should be renovated and upgraded.
When asked what the team currently does best, players praise the team culture which is reflected in strong ratings for head coach Matt LaFleur and President/CEO Mark Murphy.
