Report Card 2025
Tennessee Titans
Overall Ranking
Overview
The Titans rank 16th, with sizable improvements in two key areas. The first was their treatment of the players' families. The hiring of Ansley Moore as Director of Player and Family Affairs helped boost their family treatment grade from a D+ to a B+. They also saw their team travel grade jump from an F last year to a B this year. In prior years, players sat in smaller coach seats, while the coaches and staff sat in first class. First year head coach Brian Callahan flipped the seating chart putting the players in first class and the coaches in coach.
The most pressing issue remains the team’s locker room, where players feel space is too small and lockers lack functionality.
