Overall Ranking
Overview
The Colts improved to 19th overall. When asked what the team does best, players praise head coach Shane Steichen for building a positive culture. They also mention new head of sports performance Mike Minnis who joined the team from Philadelphia this season, helping to raise their grade from a C to an A-. A large sauna was also added this year.
There are still areas that players believe can be improved, such as the food program and more space when traveling. Colts players report sitting in coach seats for away-game flights, while the coaching staff takes the larger, more comfortable first-class seats.
