Report Card 2025
Jacksonville Jaguars
Overall Ranking
Overview
The Jaguars’ fell from 5th place last year to 18th overall this year. The team ranks at the bottom of the league for its treatment of players’ families and the players’ ratings of their head coach.
When asked what their top improvement area would be, each of the top three answers reflect low ratings of former head coach Doug Pederson. Players cite poor time efficiency, a lack of willingness to listen, and weak team culture—all issues they hope new head coach Liam Coen will address.
On a positive note, the team’s recently upgraded physical facilities continue to receive strong grades, as does owner Shad Khan.
