Rookie Premiere Partner Event Rules of Engagement

Any use, including in marketing promotions and products, of player name, image or likeness, NFLPA marks/logos, or other assets captured at the event (images, video content, autographs, etc.) is subject to NFLPI prior written approval and the terms of an active group license granted by NFLPI.
The capturing of photographs, images, video, audio, or other content is not permitted, unless expressly permitted in a written agreement with NFLPI.
No autographs may be requested from players by partners or guests unless during an NFLPI officially sanctioned autograph session.
The Event is a private event and not open to the public or to any partner guests, unless invited to participate by NFLPI.
Partners must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner to all staff, vendors, Players, representatives, agents, and any other NFLPI designated employee or affiliate on site.
All interactions with Players shall be coordinated via designated NFLPA staff and held at the Event location(s) as directed by NFLPA.
