Content/Photo Shoot Planning

  • Partners are prohibited from requesting endorsement-related services from players during their content rotation, including but not limited to:
    • Wearing partner-branded apparel (unless otherwise approved by the NFLPA);
    • Recording partner-branded, marketing taglines that fall outside Group Player Rights;
  • Partners shall refrain from soliciting autographs and pictures within their content spaces, including memorabilia, photos, items for auction and personal items.
  • The NFLPA will capture behind-the-scenes photos and video for use in marketing collateral and social media. Content/Photo Shoot Access

  • Access to the event content studios and stadium photo shoot is strictly limited to activating partners, players and NFLPA staff with specific designations on their credentials.
  • Partners are prohibited from inviting and/or escorting guests (including player agents and marketing representatives) into the content studios and rotation spaces. Guests without a business function must be pre-approved by the NFLPA and will only be granted hotel/field access if accompanied by an NFLPA staff member.
  • NFLPA staff will escort small, select groups of business prospects during the event. However, such groups will not interfere with players’ performance of business obligations.
  • At the photo shoot, the trading card partner is the only partner permitted within the field of play. All other partner activations will be on the sidelines and may only be accessed by walking the perimeter of the field. This includes all equipment and partners staff related to content capture happening on the sidelines.
