Directions to 69th Floor Credential Pickup
- Take the primary ("A") elevators from the 1st Floor to the 70th Floor Lobby
- Once you've entered the lobby, take the spiral staircase down one floor or navigate to the "C" or "D" elevator bays (the 69th floor is accessible with either)
- Signage and staff on the 69th floor will direct you to the credential table
All shipments for Rookie Premiere should be delivered to the hotel between Tuesday, May 5th - Tuesday, May 12th.
If you’re planning to ship any event materials, equipment, signage, etc. from the hotel after Rookie Premiere concludes, please reach out to Jason Chang at jason.chang@nflpa.com.
Event Materials & Guidelines
- Any use, including in marketing promotions and products, of player name, image or likeness, NFLPA marks/logos, or other assets captured at the event (images, video content, autographs, etc.) is subject to NFLPI prior written approval and the terms of an active group license granted by NFLPI.
- The capturing of photographs, images, video, audio, or other content is not permitted, unless expressly permitted in a written agreement with NFLPI.
- No autographs may be requested from players by partners or guests unless during an NFLPI officially sanctioned autograph session.
- The Event is a private event and not open to the public or to any partner guests, unless invited to participate by NFLPI.
- Partners must conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner to all staff, vendors, Players, representatives, agents, and any other NFLPI designated employee or affiliate on site.
- All interactions with Players shall be coordinated via designated NFLPA staff and held at the Event location(s) as directed by NFLPA.
Player Information
The daily rotation schedule can be found here. Schedules will become available one (1) hour prior to the start of the morning and afternoon rotation blocks, and they will update dynamically to account for any adjustments. For questions, please see your Room Captain.
