Career Experiences
Participate in our Career Experiences to explore industries including TV broadcasting, business, technology, nonprofits, media, collegiate athletics and more! Take advantage of this opportunity to gain experience in areas of interest outside of playing football. Experiences consist of networking and connecting with industry leaders, job shadowing, and an overall introduction to the work the organization does and what it takes to be successful in that respective industry. Organizations include FOX Sports, Fanatics, NASA, Next Legacy Partners, University of Virginia Athletics and more!
Experiences vary in length and date with a general timeframe between February and March.

"Training Camp for the Real World" from 2U
Short Courses – 2U partners with top-tier universities all over the world to bring the most popular and relevant topics to an online learning environment. Students will receive a university certificate upon completion. Courses are 6-10 weeks in length and require 6-10 hours per week from learners.
Boot Camps – 2U delivers best in class, instructor-led bootcamps that are designed to train students in the latest, most in-demand, technical skills. Students coming from these programs have skills that are ready to apply on the job, day one. Boot Camps are 12-24 weeks with both part-time and full-time options.
NFL Player Tuition Assistance Plan
The NFL Player Tuition Assistance Plan was funded for the 2022 Plan Year (beginning with the fall semester courses paid for and starting on/after August 1, 2022) and reimburses eligible players for tuition, fees, and books – up to the maximum allowable benefit. The 2020 and 2021 Plan Years remain unfunded; more information on the impacts of COVID-19 for those Plan Years can be found here.

Train from Home with EXOS
Get all you need to optimize your performance during this time. Sign up for a free personalized training program based on your position and equipment working with BridgeAthletic digital platform and an EXOS Strength/Performance Coach.
You’ll get video demos of every movement of your workout and direct messaging with your coach to ask questions, receive feedback or adapt your plan. Your 90-minute workout will include a warm-up, linear or multi-direction speed sessions, strength and power sessions, followed by conditioning.
