After closing out the 2022 NFL season at the #5 spot, Jalen Hurts has claimed the retail crown atop the Top 50 Player Sales List for the first time. Following Hurts are Jason Kelce, Patrick Mahomes II, Travis Kelce, Christian McCaffrey, Aaron Rodgers, Joe Burrow, Brock Purdy, Micah Parsons, and Justin Jefferson rounding out the top 10.

The list ranks the top retail performers in the league based on sales of officially licensed NFL player products from March 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024. It provides the most up-to-date and comprehensive sales figures available. The Top 50 Player Sales List is a key indicator of the most marketable and influential players, impacting their endorsements and overall earning potential.

Covering categories such as adult and youth game jerseys, t-shirts, hoodies, bobbleheads, plush toys, socks, face coverings, headbands, figurines, wall decals, credit cards, backpacks, Fatheads, drinkware, pet products, and more, the list represents the only verified rankings of all officially licensed NFL player products sold through both online and traditional retail outlets, as reported by more than 85 NFLPA licensees.

What to Know About the 2024 Year-End NFLPA Top 50 Player Sales List

  • From the Preseason Top 50 List, Jason Kelce surged 15 spots to claim the No. 2 position, Lamar Jackson bolted 20 places to No. 19, Nick Bosa climbed 21 spots to No. 23, Tyreek Hill rose 21 spots to No. 14 and DeVonta Smith bumped 17 spots to No. 17. Notably, Amon-Ra St. Brown, who was not ranked in the Top 50 last preseason, jumped to No. 33 after an impressive 2023 campaign.
  • Patrick Mahomes continued his dominance on and off the field; his No. 3 ranking on this year's final list marks his sixth consecutive year inside the Top 5 and his seventh straight year in the Top 10.
  • The stars have risen! Four NFLPA Rising Stars appeared on the year-end rankings — Anthony Richardson, CJ Stroud, Brock Purdy and Jordan Love. Brock Purdy (No. 8) is the first active Rising Star to finish in the Year-End Top 10 since Mac Jones in 2021.
  • Quarterbacks reign supreme, making up 40% of the 2023-24 Top 50 List. This year saw twenty quarterbacks (40%), sixteen receivers (32%), four defensive linemen (8%), three running backs (6%), three linebackers (6%), two tight ends (4%), one defensive back (2%) and one offensive lineman (2%).
  • For the second consecutive year, Jason Kelce set a record for highest ranking for an offensive lineman. Additionally, his No. 2 finish is the highest finish ever for a non-quarterback on a year-end list (Ranking began in 2014).
  • The most popular jerseys based on cumulative sales from Fanatics, Outerstuff, and Dallas Cowboys Merchandising were Jalen Hurts, Jason Kelce, Patrick Mahomes, Christian McCaffrey and Micah Parsons.
  • The hottest selling socks from licensees FBF, Rock ‘Em, and Strideline featured Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, Dawson Knox, Justin Jefferson and Dak Prescott.
  • Highland Mint reported that Patrick Mahomes, Justin Jefferson, CeeDee Lamb, Joe Burrow and Aaron Rodgers led all sales of framed memorabilia.
  • Sales of custom ISlide sandals were topped by Justin Jefferson, Patrick Mahomes, Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce and Joe Burrow.
  • GameTime Sidekicks’ top-selling collegiate co-branded drinkware featured Joe Burrow, Tua Tagovailoa, Derrick Henry, Patrick Mahomes and Lamar Jackson.
  • Patrick Mahomes, Joe Burrow, Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson and George Kittle led sales of Funko Pop vinyl collectibles at year-end.
  • Forever Collectibles (FOCO) reported that the best-selling bobbleheads were Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers, Joe Burrow and Justin Jefferson.
  • Fathead’s most popular wall decals and cutouts featured Patrick Mahomes, Justin Jefferson, Tyreek Hill, Jalen Hurts and Joe Burrow.
  • Outerstuff’s youth apparel sales were led by Patrick Mahomes, followed by Jalen Hurts, Justin Jefferson, Aaron Rodgers and Josh Allen.
  • Party Animals’ best-selling player figurines and squishy toys featured Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, T.J. Watt, Joe Burrow and Lamar Jackson.
