Your life, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D), medical, and dental coverage are effective on the day of the first regular or postseason game when your name is on an eligible list (including Active, Inactive, PUP, IR, or Practice Squad) until the end of the Plan Year (August 31st). For rookies, life and AD&D coverage starts on the day you report to pre-season training camp.
You are also eligible for the Player Insurance Plan for the Plan Year if you are paid for one or more regular or post season game due to an Injury Settlement or Injury Grievance.
