Baltimore’s Derrick Henry Named Week 18 NFLPA Community MVP

Washington, D.C. – Derrick Henry has been selected as the Week 18 NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Community MVP after spreading holiday joy to children in three different cities through his Two All Foundation, delivering gifts, experiences and hope to underserved youth during the Christmas season.

“It’s an honor to be named the Week 18 Community MVP,” Henry said. “My foundation, the Two All Foundation, aims to level the playing field for today’s youth. God has blessed me with this platform and it’s a blessing to be a blessing to others.”

In Baltimore, the Ravens running back partnered with local social workers to identify students most in need at Curtis Bay Elementary School and Commodore John Rodgers Elementary School. A total of 60 students — 30 from each school — received gift cards to purchase presents from their holiday wish lists. The students later picked up their gifts during a festive celebration that included holiday activities, photos with the Grinch and a joyful atmosphere designed to make the season memorable.

Henry also made an impact in his former team city of Nashville, where he treated 70 children from the local Boys & Girls Club to a holiday shopping spree at Dick’s Sporting Goods. Known affectionately by the kids as “Uncle D,” Henry helped ensure each child could select items they needed and wanted, turning the experience into a meaningful moment of connection and generosity.

The holiday giving continued in Henry’s hometown of Yulee, Florida, where he hosted his annual Christmas giveaway at Walmart. The first 500 children to arrive were each able to choose a gift from tables filled with toys, creating a large-scale community celebration rooted in gratitude and giving.

This marks the second consecutive year Henry has earned NFLPA Community MVP honors. He was previously recognized for providing new winter coats to all 465 students at Curtis Bay Elementary School, highlighting his ongoing commitment to uplifting underserved youth through consistent, hands-on service.

Through the Two All Foundation, Henry continues to focus on providing resources, opportunities and moments of joy that leave a lasting impact on the communities that helped shape him. In the summer, he provided backpacks and school supplies for more than 900 kids in Alabama, Baltimore and Nashville; and for Thanksgiving, he helped give away 400 turkeys to those in need in his team city and hometown.

In recognition of Henry being named NFLPA Community MVP for Week 18, the NFL Players Association will donate $10,000 to his nonprofit of choice. Along with the other Community MVPs from this season, he will also be eligible for the Alan Page Community Award, which is the NFLPA’s highest player honor and includes an additional $100,000 donation.

As part of a new supporting partnership with GoFundMe, fans can now also make a donation directly to Two All Foundation here. All donations are tax-deductible and will go directly to the player's selected nonprofit.

Now in its 12th season, the NFLPA’s award-winning Community MVP campaign is part of the union’s continued efforts to support the year-round civic outreach and engagement of its player members. Community MVPs are selected by a committee of NFLPA staff that reviews the weekly nominees, which are submitted by players, agents, marketing representatives and NFL team staff.
